Mission The Grant Conservatory of Music and Dance provides the finest classical performing arts training in an inspirational setting. 

Vision The Grant Conservatory gives artists the tools to: dream, reach, create and discover the classical performing arts, then integrate into everyday life and contribute to the community. 

The Grant Conservatory of Music and Dance partners with the Illinois Symphony Orchestra, Illinois Symphony Youth Orchestras, Springfield Social Dance, and the Springfield Youth Performance Group.
