Give the Gift of Music this #GivingTuesday

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, this year’s #GivingTuesday will take place on December 3 and will kick off the giving season by inspiring people to collaborate and give back.

The Illinois Symphony Orchestra is dedicated to inspiring our audiences through the transformative power of live orchestra performances and programs. From the concert hall to the classroom, our music engages, captivates and inspires.

For $1,000, you give the gift of service by sponsoring an Around the Town Free Concert at a senior citizen center or place of worship.

For $500, you give the gift of knowledge by funding four ISO musician visits to local classrooms in the Music Matters! Program

For $300, you give the gift of the future by underwriting the cost of Symphony tickets for 50 local students.

For a gift of $100, you give the gift of inspiration, providing 15 students the opportunity to experience our acclaimed Concerts for Kids.

These are just some of the ways your generosity can provide the inspiring and powerful Gift of Music. On December 3, we encourage our communities to make a donation to the ISO to help support all of our vital programs.
