Dance the night away and enjoy the rhythmic sounds of Cuba at A Night in Havana!

Join the Illinois Symphony Guild of Bloomington-Normal, Board of Directors, along with its Honorary Chairs Debra and Daniel Brownstone and Event Chairs E. Paula Crowley Deneen and Dan Deneen for a sizzling night of dancing, dining, music, and fun opportunities to support the orchestra through live and silent auctions and more.

This hot Havana night is hosted by your celebrity emcees, Dan Rutherford and Laura Kennedy, Arts Correspondent for WGLT, with special performances by our Principal Trumpet Amy Gilreath, Principal Timpani David Collier, and the ISU Jazz Ensemble directed by Thomas Marko.

The Brown Ballroom is located in the Bone Student Center on the Illinois State University Campus. The Brown Ballroom is one of the largest rooms in the Bone Student Center and has recently undergone extensive remodeling. The Brown Ballroom includes a large stage, theatrical lighing, and a large screen. 

For your convenience, an hourly fee parking lot is located just behind the Bone Student Center, on Locust Street. Street parking is also available within walking distance around the facility. Please click here for a map to locate the parking lot behind the Bone Student Center.
